Prime Development is the real estate development arm of Prime Group. It is known for development, engineering and management for the group’s mega real estate projects in Egypt, with a vision for developing projects in other countries in the future.
Prime Development is currently developing projects in:
East Cairo (Cairo - Ismailia Desert Road) as mix use development with a total BUA of 300,000 sqm
Designer Outlet (30,000 sqm BUA of the 300,000 sqm in Eastgate)

Eastgate

Eastgate is a mixed use development, which will be the first regional services anchor in East Cairo. Eastgate will contain an unprecedented collection of projects like the first outlet mall in Egypt that will be managed by the prestigious British operator Freeport. It will also include the first international auto park which will host numerous engine and car brands from all over the world. An international university will be one of the main Eastgate pillars, in addition to a school and a large hospital. DoubleTree by Hilton signed a MOU for operating 500 rooms. A hypermarket with supporting facilities will be included in the first phase of the project as well. Simply, there is one gate for greater Cairo from the East... it's Eastgate.
