Prime Hospitality owns and operates restaurants in Egypt. It has obtained the master franchise of three brands so far. Each of them is different in its own way, and provides something that is somewhat new to the Egyptian market, but would still be in demand for several reasons. Two of the brands are Canadian, and the third is Spanish.
However, we have also created two local concepts that would also fit the market in their own ways.
Flats is one of our local concepts. We take a simple flat bread, and add a little piece of the world to it in a versatile and multinational menu of the world’s most beloved pizza toppings. It brings the cuisines of the world together and right to your table. The menu has different national concepts of “pizza” from all over the world to make up this interesting menu. It is the only place in Egypt where you can find Italian, American, French, Spanish, Asian, Turkish, Lebanese, and Egyptian flatbreads.
Our other local concept is Better Burger, which will be the burger place around the corner offering all kinds of comfort foods to the masses, fulfilling Egyptian desires for delicious creations. Better Burger offers more options than traditional fast food chains, all made with premium ingredients.
Our two brands offer attractive menus that include what the market usually looks for, in addition to some twists that grab customers’ attention. With an interesting ambiance too, we believe that we can penetrate the market with our 100% Egyptian brands. Each brand offers a distinctive menu and caters to a wide audience, with different age brackets and different social status.
Eggspectation is an irreplaceable Canadian casual dining restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner; however, it is very well known for its breakfast, and has already become a favorite in Egypt.
La Liga Lounge is a sports cafe that stands out in the Egyptian market because no other place offers the same concept or experience. Having the franchise of the Spanish football league (La Liga) supports us from a marketing perspective. We are in direct contact with La Liga ambassadors. We have already hosted many of them, as well as some major local celebrities. La Liga Lounge offers incomparable football ambiance with screens all around. Each table represents a different stadium, and different kinds of memorabilia can be found, including bleachers, trophies, balls, La Liga jerseys, etc. Moreover, the menu offers a large selection of food and beverage items that is regarded as casual dining.
Freshii is a Canadian brand in the QSR segment that offers a wide range of salads, wraps, burritos, tacos, soups, frozen yogurt, breakfast, juices & smoothies. Freshii branches do not occupy much space, and we usually aim for high traffic business centers, or high traffic zones in suitable neighborhoods. Previously, many brands have failed to enter this market, mainly because of poor marketing and lack of demand. However, health cautiousness is becoming an obvious trend in Egypt, especially in higher classes.
